To start trading: 1) Connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.), 2) Ensure you have USDC on the Arbitrum One network, 3) Choose a cryptocurrency, select a timeframe, make your prediction (UP or DOWN), and place your bet.

Wallet & Technical
4 questions
Which wallets are supported?
We support all major Web3 wallets including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect-compatible wallets.
Why do I need USDC on Arbitrum One?
We use Arbitrum One for faster transactions and lower fees compared to Ethereum mainnet. USDC is used as the trading currency for stability and widespread acceptance.
How do I get USDC on Arbitrum One?
You can: 1) Bridge USDC from Ethereum mainnet using the official Arbitrum bridge, 2) Buy USDC directly on Arbitrum One through supported exchanges, 3) Use cross-chain bridges like Hop Protocol or Synapse.
What if my transaction fails?
Transaction failures are usually due to insufficient gas fees, network congestion, or wallet connectivity issues. Check your wallet balance, try increasing gas fees, or wait a few minutes and retry. If a transaction is created but your bet doesn't register, your transaction will be refunded. Refunds are processed automatically within a few minutes, but can take longer during high network congestion.

Trading & Payouts
6 questions
How are payouts calculated?
Payouts are determined by the total pool size and number of trades on each side. The payout current multiplier is shown while the round is open, but the final multipliers are calculated when the betting closes and round starts. For example, 'UP x2.11' means you'll receive 2.11x your bet if you're correct.
When do I receive my winnings?
Winnings are automatically distributed to your wallet immediately after the trading round closes and results are determined. The process is automated through smart contracts.
What are the trading fees?
We charge a 1% commission on winning trades. Additionally, you'll pay blockchain network fees (gas) for wallet transactions, which are typically very low on Arbitrum One.
Can I cancel a trade after placing it?
No, once a trade is placed and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This ensures fairness and transparency for all participants.
What happens if the outcome is a tie?
In the event of a tie, the round price pool is used to fund the server and platform costs. No bets are paid out in a tie scenario.
What happens if the round is cancelled?
In the event of a cancelled round, all bets are refunded to the players. This can happen due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
